Miscarriage Support Group

It is a small friendly informal group where you can meet with others who have had the same experience, in safe environment. The group has been successfully coordinated by Eileen Ryan. The group is not only for women, we recognised that the partners are grieving too. If a patients has a miscarriage within any of the gynaecology wards they will be handed a leaflet containing the relevant contact numbers. The people who attend the group find it helpful to talk about how they feel in a comfortable atmosphere. No appointment necessary. The meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month at the Liverpool Women's Hospital at 7.30pm in the conservatory on the groundfloor.
